The company was established in 1994 and fully owned and managed by Tanzanians. Since its inception, the company has seen a tremendous growth and has achieved a leading role in the IT Industry, having the potential clients based in Dar-es-salaam and up-country including Government, Various institutions, Parastatals, International Organizations, Private Companies and individuals.

Agumba Computers Ltd currently employs more than 20 people with 15 certified ICT professionals in various disciplines, 2 highly experienced Business and financial experts and 1 Senior experienced Human Resource personnel and 2 support staff members.

Agumba Computers Ltd has performed significant number of major ICT Projects since its inception and has been in the fore front for real ICT systems to bring about the Development of the country in Tanzania and in the region as a whole. To mention few, among major projects performed and successfully completed includes Network systems projects in Morogoro Region at Sokoine University of Agriculture, 1997/98 , UNICEF Country office -Dar Es salaam, 1998/99, AWF -Arusha region 2000/2001, Dar institute of Technology(DIT) -2003/2004,and National Examinations Council (NECTA) 2006/2007.

The company also carried out successful major supplies of various ICT products both Hardware and Software to Various Potential Customers including Ministry of Finance 2006- 2008, UNDP 2007-2008, Mzumbe University, Local Authorities Pension Fund (LAPF) 2006-2008, Parliament (Bunge) office, 2006-2008. National Social security Fund (NSSF) 2005 – 2008, Bank of Tanzania (2001-2008) and many more just to mention few.

The company has also advanced in advisory services including consultancy and workshops on e-security technologies, e-learning, Computer Forensics, Disaster recovery and e-Government. The Company successfully carried out e-security training project to Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Public Service Management (PSM) and the Police department of Tanzania.

We are far best to provide after sales support and Maintenance services to maintain the supplied ICT equipment to our customers and undertake warranty issues. The company has various certified professional Engineers and technicians for after sales services.
